The Benefiel family has been offering towing and repair services for three generations.  George Benefiel started the business in Shenandoah, Iowa.  Eventually, his son Glen "Bud" Benefiel joined the family business and it was relocated from Shenandoah to Hamburg, Iowa in 1969.  The third generation to enter the towing and repair business was Bud's son Kent, who took over in 1992.  Kent and his wife Reva currently operate the family business, and as of 2010 their son Zach is proud to be the fourth generation of the Benefiel family to work in towing and recovery.
